This is a lovely, nearly unissued condition example of a Trench Gun ammo pouch. This would have been used to store loose shells that would not have been able to fit on a bandolier or ammunition belt. This example does not have the loops on the inside to better secure the shells. The inside flap is marked: RUBON K. C. 1942 The button snaps are the lift the dot style but are marked with STAR * PULL which is one of the
