Casal de Ventozela, Pseudonimo Pet Nat, Portugal, 750mL Chambery Since the Roman times

Since the Roman times

this high ester rum was double pot distilled and bottled at a powerful 62% abv

The palate shows tobacco and vanilla alongside tingly pepper and some stewed stone fruit

is exactly what you would find lost in the cloud forest of the Sierra Mazateca mountains of Oaxaca

it shows a whole breadth and depth of flavors that riesling has the capability of delivering

Casal de Ventozela, Pseudonimo Pet Nat, Portugal, 750mL Chambery Since the Roman timesCasal de Ventozela is a family business created in 1983 and dedicated to producing Vinho Verde wine. The 27 hectares of vineyards are situated in the sub region Vale do Ave, in the heart of the Portuguese Vinho Verde region.
