This is a good condition genuine WWII issue Japanese rubberized face mask, with metal rimmed clear lenses. The filter can has wonderful paper label with instructions still attached. It is a bit faded, but the the "Rising Sun" is quite vibrant, and almost all of the characters can still be seen. There are also markings stamped into the top of the can, one of which is 1 7, for the 17th year of the Showa era, or 1942.
