One of a Kind. This is a great spotting telescope engraved on the first draw MAJ. R. L. POMEROY 5TH DRAG. GDs, for use by Major Ralph Legge Pomeroy, 8th Viscount Harberton. Pomeroy was the author of the main regimental history of the 5th Dragoon Guards and various other regimental histories. The telescope is in good shape overall and retains the front end cap. The eyepiece has the pull down cover but it is very hard to open & close.
