This is an excellent example of the Swiss Model 1943 Officer's Dagger, complete with the original scabbard and red white portepee. As with other examples we have seen, it is marked on the blade ricasso with serial number 35125, with maker ELSENER SCHWYZ marked on the other side. This company, headquartered in Ibach in the Swiss canton of Schwyz, still exists today as the famous maker of pocket knives and watches
