Tigers Eye Flame slab green epidoteTiger's Eye, a semi precious gemstone, is formed through a natural process of pseudomorphism. This process is where quartz replaces crocidolite fibers (blue asbestos). Crocidolite is altered to iron oxides and then replaced by silica, creating a unique chatoyant effect (a silky, moving light effect). These pieces are polished into a flame shape. You will receive one piece selected from our current stock. All pieces are of similar size and quality.
