incense and smoky minerals pick up a spicy nuance as the wine opens up

There is more minerality to the powerful

Chablisienne, Chablis Mont Milieu other_regions_italy harvest September 23 to 30(from vines that face due south). This is notably ripe though the nose stops just short of expressing exotic fruit aromas and I particularly like the plethora of Chablis characters present on the pear and citrus scents. There is excellent richness, volume and density to the full bodied flavors that possess plenty of minerality on the powerful lemon inflected finale that is both persistent and quite dry. Very fine quality here. 93 2021+
