Marc Hebrart Champagne Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru Brut Clos Leon 2015 Enderle & Moll 2021s following her intuitions to pickClos Leon is a tiny walled vineyard in Dizy that Jean Paul Hebrart has spent two decades trying to put back together. The clos was historically divided into three parcels totaling just 0. 81 hectares; he sourced fruit from all three for years before finally acquiring the first parcel in 2008, the second in 2016, and the last in 2021. The 2015 is 100% Chardonnay fermented in 228 liter oak barrels at a very cool 12 degrees, with no malolactic, 72 months
