Over the last six months the 2004 Cristal has come together beautifully and is shaping up to be a truly great
6% and matured for 18 months in 75% new and 25% one-year-old French oak hogsheads (300 liters) and puncheons (500liters)
chewy finish that features framing tannins and a sweetening touch of mocha

Chacra, Pinot Noir Cincuenta y Cinco Vintage:2024 Over the last six monthsAged for seven months 55% in concrete tanks, 41% in used French oak barrels and 4% in amphorae. Perfumed nose, with that floral character allied to lovely depths of red fruit. A subtle and intertwined earthy character. Plenty of structure from the mouth watering acidity and fine, chalky tannins, which are taking the lead on the palate, for the time being at least. However, this is bound to relax a little with another year in bottle. (OC)
