Cuvée d'Automne Arbois Blanc NV Hárslevelű Fermented in neutral oak barrelsDecadence has never been so drinkable! A fascinating Jura blend of Savagnin, which spends some time under flor (i. e., a layer of yeast that forms over the top of some wines and brings out intriguing flavors), and Chardonnay thats done in a more Burgundian style (in Jura you would say it's "ouill").
