Description

this is an attractive mix of beautiful fruit and ample Gevrey character

but this is one example where the younger generation is building on past success by taking things to an entirely new level

fermentation in stainless steel with neutral yeasts and an élevage of 16 months in new French barriques

though it perhaps does not possess the amplitude of the previous vintage

painfully young Cristal that will require considerable patience
