Alfaro Family 2023 Trout Gulch Chardonnay corsica Tequila can only be madeThe 2023 Chardonnay Trout Gulch Vineyard was harvested in late October and underwent fermentation in a stainless steel tank, followed by maturation in neutral barrique with complete malolactic fermentation. It is pure, citrus driven and saline on the nose, introducing an elegantly broad palate with an underlying tensile strength and an electric, soaring finish. It's a vibrant, transparent expression of a stellar vintage. 93 points, Wine Advocate
