Jolie-Laide Trousseau Noir Wheated Ruby red colorEmerging from several risk taking vineyards dotted abound Northern California. Composed of some very unique, rare varieties: 44% Trousseau Noir, 22% Gamay, 18% Valdigui, 13% Cabernet Pfeffer and 3% Poulsard. All components fermented separately, partially carbonic for brightness and all whole cluster adding to the complex spice aromas. Delicate and lean, mineral laden, cranberry scented with incense, tobacco, petrichor and black peppercorn.
