Description

From the Distillery:

toasted Brazil nuts and baked plum

this fully dry cachaca is an experience when sipped neat or mixed into a cocktail

vinified in the ouillé (topped-up) style - which means no flor

vinous texture

Pierre Gimonnet Champagne BdB 1er Cru Brut Cuvee Cuis NV (1.5L) NO20230705 From the Distillery:This is a nice step up from the Selection Belles Annees and definitely the next one to try in the Gimonnet collection. Old vines provide even more intensity and minerality in this bottle of bubbles.
