Benjamin Leroux, Chassagne Montrachet Embrazees Blanc Vintage:2016 What a beautyThis is also difficult to read as the residual fermentation aromas presently dominate the nose. The classic minerality and refinement of a fine Embazes are present though and there is plenty of verve and flavor impact on the linear and citrus infused finish.
