Tighter because of being in the bottle

tobacco and earthy character

Strong reduction completely flattens the fruit and renders an evaluation of the nose impossible

This is an interesting wine because while there is good power the overall impression is one of restraint

Here the medium-bodied flavors are denser if a bit less refined while exhibiting better minerality on the complex

Jean-Jacques Confuron, Vosne Romanee Beaumonts other_regions Tighter because of being in(most of Confurons holdings are on the Vosne side). An extravagantly spicy and subtly perfumed nose is comprised by notes of various dark berries and exotic Asian style tea. The rich but sleekly textured medium bodied flavors possess plenty of dry extract that buffers the moderately firm tannic spine on the minerally and powerful finish. This is a relatively big VRBM that is built to age.
