Pierre Peters Champagne BdB Grand Cru Brut Cuvee de Reserve NV Grower Champagne The profile is classic: bitterThe cult of Pierre Peters has gotten so strong that even their beautiful non vintage "Cuve de Rserve" is now subject to allocations. This is a great Blanc de Blancs that truly captures the essence of Chardonnay from select Grand Cru sites in the Cote des Blancs. Lean and mineral, like liquid rocks with a tiny touch of sea salt that always opens our appetite for seafood. Grab a few bottles while you still can!
