layered and firm medium-bodied flavors that are sweet
Readers will have to be patient with the 2016
I very much like the way the lacy flavors manage to convey such flavor authority

Chateau Marsannay, Chambertin Vintage:2018 layered and firm medium-bodied flavors(from a . 09 ha parcel). Very generous wood and menthol elements are borderline invasive on the liqueur like aromas of baked plum, warm earth and underbrush scented nose. There is good density and excellent minerality to the attractively vibrant broad shouldered flavors where a touch of mocha surfaces on the reasonably persistent finish. This needs to develop more depth but that should be possible given the tannic spine shaping this wine.
