A touch of unabsorbed SO2 doesn’t seriously detract from the pretty
The supporting tannins are like those of the Ruchots in that they’re dense but fine
it should still evolve for just as long
intense and powerful flavors that evidence seriously good punch and power on the muscular and wonderfully long finish
Like the Chevalier there is some residual SO2 present on the notably floral-suffused nose that primarily consists of various white orchard fruit
Paul Pillot, Chassagne Montrachet Mazures other_regions_italy A touch of unabsorbed SO2Soft reduction shaves the top notes from the nose of mostly white orchard fruit, herbal tea and lemon zest. There is a bit more volume to the delicious medium bodied flavors that culminate in a clean, focused and lingering finish that is shaped by citrus tinged acidity. Lovely. (88 91) 2023+
